At Climbing Wear Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Climbing Footwear (including Men’s Climbing Shoes and Kid’s Climbing Shoes)
  • Chalk Bags
  • Climbing Brushes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
