5. Returns and Exchanges

- Wait for approval and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship your item securely with the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.
